Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Exocorp subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the Service during that period. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
For annual subscriptions, refund eligibility applies to the first 14 days after each annual renewal.
3. Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account. If credits have not yet been applied due to a processing error, we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@exocorp.ai with your account email and a brief explanation of your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider and financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Service Issues
If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@exocorp.ai. We will evaluate the situation and may offer account credit or a partial refund at our discretion.
